Our product, which can be custom-designed according to needs, consists of a Drawer Unit, Control Unit, Mini PC, Control Panel, Barcode Scanner, and Software. It is generally preferred for intermittent operations.

A good example of its use is in applications where multiple semi-finished products are required to produce a final product. In such cases, semi-finished products produced in the manufacturing area are collected in the same bin and then sent to the relevant unit for final assembly. To make it easier to understand, the system can be thought of as a mailbox. Each address is assigned a drawer and a barcode. When the postal worker scans the barcode on outgoing mail, the corresponding drawer opens, and the mail is placed in the bin inside the opened drawer. The recipient then scans their assigned barcode to open the relevant drawers and retrieve their items.

This method has recently been successfully adopted in e-commerce applications as well. By arranging columns with 3 or 4 drawers side by side, desired combinations can be achieved.
