Smart Box is preferred to prevent confusion that may arise in the use of similar casting materials.
T3 Smart Box
The opening and closing process is carried out by motorized actuators. Typical opening and closing times are around one second. The material taken information is provided by a light curtain. The system consists of a PC and Interface Software, Barcode Reader, Control Panel, Boxes, and the Motorized Actuators on them.

- • The Smart Box has two covers for material feeding and collection.

- • The robust and compact design allows the boxes to be arranged side by side to form the desired combination.

- • The standard equipment supports up to 4 boxes. For more, custom work is done.

- • It can be integrated with external equipment and sensors for Poka Yoke.

- • Interface software tailored to the application can be developed by T3, and it can be integrated with ERP/MRP systems.

- • API and PLC blocks are provided for developing your own software.
